  1. Monitor and patrol store premises to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
  2. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service while also promoting a safe shopping environment.
  3. Conduct thorough bag checks and surveillance to deter and identify potential theft or fraudulent activities.
  4. Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement proactive security measures and procedures.
  5. Respond quickly and appropriately to any security incidents, including reporting to the appropriate authorities and documenting the details.
  6. Maintain a high level of awareness and knowledge of current security and safety trends, as well as company policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct investigations into any suspected employee theft or fraud, ensuring proper evidence collection and documentation.
  8. Train and educate other store employees on security measures and protocols.
  9. Assist in the implementation of loss prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage and financial loss.
  10. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
  11. Communicate effectively and collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to security and asset protection.
  12. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, both with customers and other team members.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures to ensure the safety and security of both customers and employees.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to asset protection.
