7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws related to asset protection.
8. Identify and report any safety hazards or security vulnerabilities within the store.
9. Act as a liaison between store management and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
10. Train and educate store employees on theft prevention techniques and best practices for maintaining a safe and secure environment.
11. Work collaboratively with other Asset Protection Agents to ensure consistent and effective practices across all stores.
12. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or security breaches.
13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents, investigations, and security measures.
14. Proactively identify and address potential security risks and make recommendations for improvement.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve asset protection procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the store.
