Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity and identify potential security issues or areas of loss prevention.
2. Investigate and document any incidents of theft or suspicious activity.
3. Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor customers and employees.
4. Respond to alarms and investigate any incidents of theft or suspicious activity.
5. Develop and implement asset protection and security plans.
6. Maintain and update security and asset protection procedures and policies.
7. Provide excellent customer service and establish positive relationships with customers.
8. Ensure compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations.
9. Train and supervise staff on asset protection and security procedures.
10. Remain current on industry trends and best practices.
