  1. Monitor and patrol the store premises to prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks.
  2. Utilize surveillance equipment, such as cameras and alarms, to identify potential threats and take appropriate action.
  3. Conduct investigations into suspicious activities or incidents and document findings.
  4. Collaborate with store management and law enforcement agencies to resolve any security issues or incidents.
  5. Educate and train store employees on security procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  6. Monitor and maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents, reports, and documentation.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to minimize loss and increase security measures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current security trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve store security.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
  10. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with customers and employees.
  11. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and inventory, to identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement solutions.
  12. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or fires.
  13. Conduct safety checks and inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
  14. Communicate effectively with management and team members to provide updates on security-related incidents and concerns.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
