Asset Protection Agent

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the company's assets, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication ability, and a commitment to providing a great shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years' experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field. You should also possess a strong understanding of safety and security procedures, as well as be highly organized and detail-oriented. Additionally, you must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. 2. Develop and implement asset protection strategies to minimize losses.
3. Utilize surveillance equipment to observe customers and employees.
4. Investigate incidents of theft or other suspicious activity.
5. Maintain detailed records of asset protection activities.
6. Identify and report safety and security risks and violations.
7. Greet customers and ensure they are provided with excellent customer service.
8. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries.
9. Provide directions and assistance to customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
10. Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
