Asset Protection Agent

As an Asset Protection Agent at Nordstrom, you are an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for protecting our customers, team members, and store assets. 4. Enforce Nordstrom’s asset protection policies and procedures.
5. Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with customers and team members.
6. Remain alert to potential shoplifting activities.
7. Respond to emergency situations and incidents.
8. Work closely with store management and law enforcement as needed.
9. Stay up to date with asset protection practices and trends.
10. Develop and implement loss prevention initiatives.
