Asset Protection Agent

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity in a vigilant and proactive manner to ensure safety and security of customers, employees, and store property.
2. Utilize surveillance equipment and computer systems to identify potential security threats.
3. Respond to and investigate security and safety incidents.
4. Assist with the investigation of theft, fraud, and other suspicious activities.
5. Proactively look for areas of potential loss and recommend solutions for improvement.
6. Maintain detailed records of safety and security incidents.
7. Provide customer service to store customers in a professional manner.
8. Adhere to Nordstrom’s asset protection policies and procedures.
9. Provide support and training to store personnel on security and safety procedures.
10. Work effectively with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
