Asset Protection Agent

Responsibilities: -Ensure that customers have a great shopping experience and that stores are secure and loss-free -Develop and implement strategies to prevent theft and other forms of loss -Conduct store audits and investigations for suspicious activity -Monitor the store’s CCTV system and respond to any security incidents -Identify and address potential safety hazards -Provide customer service and assistance to shoppers -Maintain accurate records of all incidents -Work with local law enforcement if necessary -Train and mentor new Asset Protection Agents -Uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety
