4. Monitor and investigate security issues in the store, including those related to cash handling, access control, and surveillance systems.
5. Communicate any security-related issues to store management and other personnel.
6. Develop and implement security measures to prevent future incidents.
7. Conduct interviews with suspects and witnesses, and provide appropriate follow-up.
8. Prepare detailed reports of investigations, findings, and resolutions.
9. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
10. Remain up to date on asset protection trends and best practices.
