Asset Protection Agent

Nordstrom is looking for an experienced Asset Protection Agent to join our team! We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills who is passionate about upholding the integrity of our store. The successful candidate will have a dedication to providing excellent customer service and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in asset protection, and a proven track record of success in monitoring and protecting assets. They should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to establish and maintain productive relationships with the store team members, customers, and corporate partners. Additionally, they should possess a high level of integrity, be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, and have the ability to remain calm and rational in stressful situations.

1. Monitor and protect store assets.
2. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Ensure the safety of employees and customers.
4. Maintain productive relationships with store team members, customers, and corporate partners.
5. Handle stressful situations calmly and rationally.
6. Investigate and document suspected fraudulent activity.
7. Educate staff on loss prevention strategies.
8. Develop and implement asset protection policies and procedures.
9. Maintain accurate records of investigations and audits.
10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
