- Develop and maintain complex Anaplan models to support various business functions and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan models.
- Analyze and monitor data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
- Create dashboards and reports in Anaplan and other BI tools to effectively communicate data and analysis to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize and improve existing Anaplan models and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide solutions to support their strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in Anaplan and BI to drive innovation and improve processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Anaplan model usage and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Anaplan models and data.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Adhere to data security and privacy protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration and maintenance of Anaplan models.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to the overall strategy for utilizing Anaplan and BI tools.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on Anaplan model changes and enhancements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
Experience With Anaplan: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working With Anaplan, Including Building And Maintaining Complex Models, Utilizing Anaplan's Advanced Features, And Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
Proficiency In Business Intelligence Tools: Strong Proficiency In Bi Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Looker Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Data Visualization, Dashboard Creation, And Data Analysis.
Analytical Skills: As A Model Builder & Bi Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Complex Data Sets And Translating Them Into Actionable Insights. Strong Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Correlations In Data, Are Crucial For This Role.
Retail Industry Knowledge: Nordstrom Is A Leading Fashion Retailer, And Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Key Metrics, Trends, And Challenges. Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment Is Preferred.
