Develop and maintain tools and scripts using Python for various internal and external projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand tool requirements and design solutions to meet those needs.
Test and debug tools to ensure they are functioning properly and meeting project objectives.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Continuously improve and optimize existing tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Python programming and tool development.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members on tool development processes and best practices.
Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to team members and project managers.
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during tool development.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to company coding standards and guidelines.
Actively participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and tool enhancements.
Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve skills through mentorship and training programs.

Maintain proper documentation and version control for all tools developed.
