  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory strategy for North America, in alignment with Nokia's global objectives and business goals.
  2. Monitor and analyze regulatory trends and changes in the North American market, and provide timely updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  3. Represent Nokia in regulatory proceedings and engagements with government agencies and industry associations.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, policymakers, and industry partners.
  5. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance across all business functions, including products, services, and operations.
  6. Proactively identify potential regulatory risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on business operations.
  7. Develop and oversee processes for obtaining necessary regulatory approvals for new products and services.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and filing of regulatory requirements.
  9. Manage a team of regulatory professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality and efficient execution of regulatory activities.
  10. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the telecommunications industry and their potential impact on regulatory compliance.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory processes and procedures.
  12. Represent Nokia in industry events and conferences to showcase our regulatory expertise and thought leadership.
  13. Work closely with other departments, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in regulatory messaging and compliance.
  14. Proactively engage with external stakeholders to build and maintain a positive reputation for Nokia in the regulatory community.
