We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Summer Trainee to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the areas of data visualization and analytics. Collaborate with team members to design and develop innovative data visualization and analytics solutions for Nokia's products and services.
Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the user experience of data visualization and analytics tools.
Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in the fields of data visualization and analytics.
Work closely with project managers and senior designers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for data visualization and analytics designs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform design decisions and improve the usability of products.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on designs to ensure alignment with project goals and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Proactively seek feedback from users and incorporate it into design iterations.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in design and data visualization.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment through open communication and knowledge sharing.
Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within set timelines and quality standards.
Continuously learn and improve skills in data visualization, analytics, and design through on-the-job training and self-directed learning.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications

Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools And Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Data Visualization Principles And Be Familiar With Various Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlikview.
Knowledge Of Statistical Analysis And Data Manipulation: A Solid Foundation In Statistics And Data Manipulation Is Necessary For Interpreting And Analyzing Large Datasets.
Familiarity With Programming Languages: Experience With Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Sql Is Highly Desirable As It Enables The Candidate To Manipulate And Analyze Data More Efficiently.
Creativity And Attention To Detail: The Role Involves Designing Visually Appealing And User-Friendly Dashboards And Reports, Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Design And Possess Strong Attention To Detail.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Trainee, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With A Team Of Data Analysts, Therefore, Effective Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Successful Project Delivery.
