Strong Understanding Of Lean Principles: A Value Stream Mapping Manager At Nokia Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Lean Principles And Methodologies, Including Value Stream Mapping (Vsm). They Should Be Able To Identify Waste And Inefficiencies In Processes And Develop Strategies To Eliminate Them.
Experience In Process Improvement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives. They Should Have Experience In Using Vsm To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Drive Measurable Results.
Project Management Skills: The Value Stream Mapping Manager Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills To Oversee The Vsm Process From Start To Finish. They Should Be Able To Set Timelines, Manage Resources, And Ensure The Successful Completion Of Vsm Projects.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Is Highly Analytical And Has Strong Problem-Solving Abilities. The Value Stream Mapping Manager Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Processes.
