Conduct research and development activities to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and features.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and incorporate them into the development process.
Conduct thorough testing and verification of new products and features to ensure high quality and reliability.
Provide technical expertise and support to other team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for all testing processes and procedures.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our products.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality results within designated deadlines.
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integration of new technologies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company values and standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to promote their professional growth.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry
Strong Understanding Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Working In An Agile Team Environment
Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++
Experience With Test Automation Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Robot Framework, Or Jmeter
