Conduct thorough testing of Nokia's telecommunications products and services to ensure high quality and reliability.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and procedures to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and designers to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Utilize various testing tools and techniques to validate and verify the functionality and performance of products.
Analyze and report on test results, identifying any defects or areas for improvement.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on potential quality and usability issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies in the telecommunications field.
Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, results, and recommendations.
Adhere to established quality standards and processes, and contribute to their improvement and implementation.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments as needed.
Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential risks and issues related to product quality and performance.
Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Represent Nokia in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Skills: A Test Engineer At Nokia Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Software Testing Methodologies, Programming Languages, And Tools Such As Selenium And Appium.
Experience In Test Automation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing, Developing, And Executing Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Like Python, Cucumber, Or Java.
Knowledge Of Mobile Technologies: As Nokia Is A Leading Mobile Technology Company, A Test Engineer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Mobile Operating Systems (Ios, Android, Etc.), Device Testing, And Mobile Application Development.
Attention To Detail: A Test Engineer Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Report Even The Smallest Of Software Defects. They Should Also Be Able To Analyze And Troubleshoot Issues Efficiently.
