  1. Conduct research and analysis on current and proposed technology policies and regulations at the local, national, and international level.
  2. Monitor and track legislative and regulatory developments related to the technology industry.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.
  4. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to internal teams on how policy changes may impact business operations and growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advocacy strategies to promote Nokia's interests.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and briefings on technology policy issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to anticipate potential policy challenges and opportunities.
  8. Engage in public speaking and thought leadership opportunities to promote Nokia's position on technology policy issues.
  9. Proactively identify and drive initiatives to influence policy outcomes in line with Nokia's goals and values.
  10. Represent Nokia in industry associations, coalitions, and other forums to advance the company's policy positions.
  11. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Nokia's products, services, and technologies to effectively communicate their impact on policy issues.
  12. Adhere to ethical and compliance standards in all interactions, communications, and activities related to technology policy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Public Policy

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Technology Policy Or Regulatory Role, Preferably Within The Telecommunications Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Technology Trends And Their Impact On Policy And Regulation

  • Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Information And Make Data-Driven Policy Recommendations

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Policy Recommendations To Stakeholders.
