Conduct thorough and in-depth techno-economic research to identify new opportunities and potential challenges in the wireless technology industry
Monitor and analyze global spectrum regulations and standardization activities to inform decision-making and strategy development
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing spectrum usage and driving standardization efforts in alignment with company goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to spectrum and standardization initiatives
Provide expert insights and recommendations to senior management on the impact of spectrum and standardization on business operations and growth
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in wireless technology and incorporate them into research and strategy development
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to influence and shape spectrum and standardization policies
Lead and mentor a team of researchers, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and individual development
Communicate research findings and strategy recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, reports, and other channels
Act as a thought leader and advocate for Nokia in the wireless technology community, representing the company at conferences, workshops, and other industry events.
