
Technical Support Specialist- WAN
Nokia is looking for an experienced and highly organized Technical Support Specialist- WAN to join our team of IT professionals. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to our WAN customers, ensuring our solutions are running effectively and helping to resolve any issues. Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to WAN customers, ensuring our solutions are running effectively and helping to resolve any issues • Maintain and troubleshoot WAN technologies, protocols, and standards • Monitor customer service and communication systems, responding to customer inquiries and requests for assistance • Investigate and prioritize customer issues and escalate them as needed • Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer support requests • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction • Remain up-to-date with the latest technologies and products to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and efficiency
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science
