  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Northwest Arkansas region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to promote Nokia's technology solutions.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative technology solutions to clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position Nokia's products and services.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Nokia's technology solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Nokia's products and services.
  9. Train and mentor sales team members on technical aspects of Nokia's products and services.
  10. Represent Nokia at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  12. Continuously seek out and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nokia's market presence.
  13. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Collaborate with other Technical Sales Managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement within the team.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Technical Sales Manager At Nokia Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By The Company. A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Can Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills For This Role.

  • Previous Experience In Technical Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Technical Sales, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Customers And Drive Sales.
