Job Description

Support the design and development of base stations by testing system long term reliability. The position will partner with R&D during new product development and continue to support products throughout the lifecycle. The focus in hardware reliability testing is on unit and module level hardware reliability verification. Provide technical reliability support direction to cross discipline program personnel. Perform reliability analyses (consult on de-rating/stress analysis, failure modes and effects analysis, and create reliability predictions/MTBF calculations) as applicable. Participate in Failure Review meetings to discuss details of failures and failure trending. Interface with R&D and failure analysis teams providing support with fault analysis processes. Writing program specific test plans/documentation.

Job Qualifications

5-10 years’ experience as an RF Engineer or RF Test Engineer and experience with reliability predictions/MTBF calculations
Technical leadership and program management experience
Programming ability in python, or similar for testing, data acquisition, and analysis.
4G/5G RF Test Experience preferred
