  1. Identify and attract top talent from various sources such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
  2. Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to increase brand visibility and attract potential candidates.
  3. Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to fulfill them.
  5. Assist in the development of recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with universities, organizations, and other potential talent pools to establish a strong talent pipeline.
  7. Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.
  8. Conduct research and analyze data to identify recruitment trends and recommend innovative strategies to attract top talent.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them in the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience and attract top talent.
  10. Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports to track the success of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in talent attraction and recruitment.
  12. Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  13. Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas and feedback, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
  15. Embody the company's culture and values and act as a brand ambassador for Nokia to attract potential candidates.
