
System Support Engineer
Works as an experienced Engineer in product, system or technology program in SW/HW/System Design or Integration & Verification. Strategically based in Nokia Dallas site to co-locate with other local support teams and close to key customer markets and labs for urgent on-site support deployment. Supports Customer lab and field teams as part of early integration and Market Introduction and support of the new product introduction (NPI) process introducing new features and securing customer general availability acceptance. Supports issue log analysis and fault replication of issue identified as part of the NPI process. Writes test cases and other guiding documentation for supporting system level testing and NPI process. Participates in system level testing of candidate loads to be delivered to customer lab/field.
Experience in Nokia radio product integration, verification, system testing, or technical support
