Nokia is seeking a System Administrator - ServiceNow to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to provide technical and system administration support for our ServiceNow platform.The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the existing platform, developing new solutions, and improving system performance and security. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• At least two years of experience working with ServiceNow• Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and XML• Experience with server configuration and maintenance• Ability to troubleshoot and debug software and hardware issues• Excellent communication and organizational skillsIf you have a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Maintain existing ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting and debugging software and hardware issues.
Develop new solutions and improve system performance and security.
Monitor and analyze system performance and security.
Monitor user access and privilege levels.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Provide technical assistance and support to users.
Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
