Lead the development and deployment of Nokia's Defense Deployment Solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and market trends.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product strategy.
Define and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to internal teams and stakeholders.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform product development and strategy.
Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Defense Or Telecommunications Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Defense Deployment Solutions, Including Network Infrastructure, Communication Protocols, And Security Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Product Portfolio And Driving Product Strategy, From Conception To Launch And Ongoing Maintenance.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
