Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Information Security Analyst to join the Nokia team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect the organization’s data and information systems. To be successful in this role you will need a combination of technical expertise in security operations, data protection and network security as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You must be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and have the ability to develop creative solutions to complex security issues. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to protect the organization’s data and information systems • Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities • Manage access control systems and security measures • Research and recommend security solutions and best practices • Develop and update security policies, procedures, and standards • Conduct security system audits and assessments • Respond to security incidents and provide timely resolution • Keep up to date with the latest trends in information security • Work with stakeholders to develop creative solutions to complex security issues • Assist in the development of security training programs for employees
