Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Management And It Operations.
Expertise In Servicenow Platform With Relevant Certifications (Such As Certified Implementation Specialist Or Certified Application Developer).
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Experience In Implementing Itil Processes Using Servicenow.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Solutions To Stakeholders.
