Design and implement innovative and complex software systems for Nokia's products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop software architecture solutions.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for software development.
Ensure scalability, stability, and security of software systems.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to software development teams.
Review and analyze existing software systems for potential improvements and optimizations.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software architecture.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and architecture documents.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies.
Mentor and train junior software architects and developers.
Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work with project managers to define project timelines and deliverables.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to software development best practices.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and issues.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Expertise In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Architecture, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Software Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices, Including Agile And Devops.
