Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service operations.
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for service operations.

Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates on service operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
Continuously monitor and analyze service metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of technical expertise.
Collaborate with service partners to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Identify and implement automation and efficiency initiatives to improve service operations.
Maintain a customer-centric approach and prioritize customer satisfaction in all service operations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Service Operations Or Network Engineering Role.
Strong Understanding Of Telecommunications Technologies And Protocols, Including Ip, Voip, And Lte.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Familiarity With Service Management Tools And Processes, Such As Itil And Incident Management.
