1. Manage and maintain Nokia's portfolio of Standard Essential Patents (SEP) and Technical Agreements (TA).

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential patent infringement risks.
4. Develop and implement strategies for licensing Nokia's patents to maximize revenue and market share.

10. Represent Nokia in meetings with industry partners, government agencies, and other external parties.
11. Train and mentor junior patent counsel and legal team members.

13. Prepare and present reports and updates on Nokia's patent portfolio to senior management.
14. Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage relationships with outside patent experts.
15. Maintain accurate and organized records of all patent-related activities and agreements.
