Advanced Degree In Law: A Senior Patent Agent/Counsel At Nokia Must Possess A Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School And Be Licensed To Practice Law In The Relevant Jurisdiction. This Advanced Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Legal Principles And Enables The Individual To Understand And Interpret Complex Patent Laws.
Extensive Experience In Patent Law: To Be Successful In This Role, Candidates Must Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Patent Law, Either As A Patent Agent Or Attorney.
