  • Develop and lead Nokia's IoT licensing strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in intellectual property law and the IoT industry to inform and guide licensing decisions
  • Communicate and negotiate with external partners and stakeholders to secure favorable licensing agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and finance to ensure cohesive and comprehensive licensing strategies
  • Analyze and assess potential legal risks and provide guidance to mitigate and manage these risks
  • Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals to support IoT licensing efforts
  • Represent Nokia in legal proceedings related to IoT licensing, including negotiations, settlements, and litigation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and regulators to stay informed and influence industry trends
  • Provide legal support and advice to business units and senior leadership on licensing matters
  • Continuously evaluate and improve licensing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, With A Focus On Intellectual Property And Licensing In The Technology Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Iot (Internet Of Things) Technology And Related Legal Issues, Including Data Privacy And Security

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With Experience In Drafting And Reviewing Complex Licensing Agreements

  • Ability To Provide Strategic Legal Counsel And Risk Analysis To Senior Management And Cross-Functional Teams
