  1. Oversee the development and production of innovative hardware products for Nokia.

  4. Ensure that all hardware products meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Hardware Design And Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge Of Hardware Components And Systems, Including Circuit Design, Pcb Layout, And Signal Integrity.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Hardware Projects From Concept To Production.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop A Team Of Engineers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
