Develop and maintain Drupal-React JS projects for Nokia, ensuring high-quality and efficient code.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, and find innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation for projects and processes.
Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and standardization across projects.
Adhere to company coding standards and guidelines.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities.
Stay informed about new and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into projects.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Drupal: A Senior Drupal-React Js Developer At Nokia Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Drupal, Including Custom Module Development, Theming, And Migration.
Proficiency In React Js: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With React Js, Including Building Responsive Web Applications And Integrating With Drupal.
Front-End Development Skills: The Role Requires Strong Front-End Development Skills, Including Html, Css, And Javascript, To Build User-Friendly And Visually Appealing Interfaces.
Familiarity With Agile Methodologies: As Nokia Follows Agile Methodologies, The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In Agile Teams And Be Comfortable With Its Principles And Processes.
