- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain automated deployments using industry-leading tools and technologies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Continuously improve and optimize the DevOps workflow to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.

- Work closely with software development teams to provide guidance on best practices for code integration and deployment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all DevOps processes and procedures.

- Identify and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities and implement necessary measures to ensure data protection.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to DevOps.
Extensive Experience In Devops Practices: A Senior Devops Engineer At Nokia Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Devops Principles And Practices, Such As Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd), Infrastructure Automation, And Monitoring.
Strong Background In Software Development: In Addition To Devops Skills, A Senior Devops Engineer Should Have A Strong Background In Software Development, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Go.
Experience With Cloud Technologies: Nokia Uses Cloud-Based Solutions For Its Products And Services, So A Senior Devops Engineer Should Have Experience With Cloud Technologies Such As Amazon Web Services (Aws), Microsoft Azure, Or Google Cloud Platform (Gcp).
Knowledge Of Automation Tools: A Senior Devops Engineer Should Have Experience With Automation Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef, As Well As Experience With Containerization Technologies Like Docker And Kubernetes.
