Develop and implement security risk assessment strategies and processes for the company.
Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and develop plans to mitigate them.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security controls and measures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's security posture.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide regular updates on security risks and compliance status.
Lead and oversee the implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Train and educate employees on security protocols and best practices to promote a culture of security awareness.
Stay informed of changes in the company's technology landscape and make recommendations for security enhancements.
Lead incident response and investigation efforts in the event of a security breach.
Monitor and analyze security metrics to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures.
Mentor and support other team members to ensure a high level of security knowledge and expertise within the organization.
Remain proactive in identifying potential security risks and take necessary actions to prevent them from occurring.
Continuously evaluate and improve the company's security risk management and compliance programs.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Security Risk Management And Compliance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Developing And Implementing Security Risk Management Strategies And Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards And Regulations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Information Security Regulations And Frameworks: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Security Regulations And Frameworks Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr, And Have Experience In Applying Them In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Lead Position, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Senior Management To Drive Security And Compliance Initiatives.
Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Mitigation Strategies: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Identifying Potential Security Risks, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Developing And Implementing Mitigation Strategies To Protect The Organization's Assets.
Technical Proficiency And Knowledge Of Security Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Vulnerability Management Tools, To Effectively Manage Security Risks And Ensure Compliance.
