  1. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and threats within the company's networks and data systems.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure the security of the company's assets.
  3. Monitor and analyze security incidents, and provide recommendations for improvements to prevent future incidents.
  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, and ensure the company's adherence to them.
  6. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of security controls and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Communicate security risks and compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for remediation.
  9. Train and educate employees on security best practices and guidelines.
  10. Stay informed about the latest security trends, technologies, and threats to continuously improve the company's security posture.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance with contractual security requirements.
  12. Lead security incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
  13. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of security risks and compliance efforts.
  14. Mentor and guide junior members of the security team.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve security risk management and compliance processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Information Security And Compliance, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 27001, Gdpr, And Pci Dss.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Security And Compliance Issues To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
