Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect Nokia's sensitive information and assets from cyber threats.
Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to identify potential vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address any potential security gaps or weaknesses.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies, and make recommendations for enhancing Nokia's security posture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security measures into all aspects of Nokia's operations.
Respond to and investigate security incidents, and work closely with the incident response team to contain and mitigate any potential damages.
Develop and maintain security incident response plans and playbooks to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to educate them on cyber security best practices and policies.
Coordinate with external security vendors and partners to enhance Nokia's security capabilities.
Monitor and maintain security systems and tools, and perform regular testing and updates to ensure their effectiveness.
Prepare and present reports and metrics on security incidents, risks, and compliance to senior management.
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Nokia's security operations processes and procedures.
Stay compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cyber security.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on security operations.
Handle any other responsibilities or tasks related to cyber security as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Cyber Security Principles And Best Practices: A Security Operations Expert At Nokia Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Cyber Security Threats, Vulnerabilities, And Attack Techniques. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards And Best Practices For Securing Networks, Systems, And Data.
Extensive Experience In Threat Detection And Response: This Role Requires Someone With A Proven Track Record Of Detecting And Responding To Cyber Security Incidents. They Should Have Experience Working With Tools And Technologies Such As Siem, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Threat Intelligence Platforms.
Proficiency In Security Operations And Incident Management: A Security Operations Expert Should Be Skilled In Managing Day-To-Day Security Operations, Including Monitoring Security Logs, Conducting Vulnerability Assessments, And Responding To Security Incidents. They Should Also Have Experience In Incident Response Planning And Execution.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Information And Identify Potential Security Risks Is Crucial For This Role. A Security Operations Expert Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Develop Creative Solutions To Mitigate Security Threats.
