Develop and maintain software configuration management processes and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of software products.
Monitor and improve SCM processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Troubleshoot and resolve any SCM tool issues.
Implement and maintain version control systems.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SCM best practices.
Train and support team members on SCM processes and tools.
Work closely with software developers to understand their needs and requirements.
Review and analyze SCM data to identify areas for improvement.
Continuously research and recommend new SCM tools and technologies.
Participate in software development meetings to provide insights on SCM processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Continuously communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Participate in software release activities to ensure smooth and error-free delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential SCM risks.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Software Configuration Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Scm Tools Such As Git, Svn, Or Clearcase.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
