  9. Train and mentor junior engineers on fault management systems and processes.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of fault management processes and systems.
  11. Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations related to fault management systems.
  12. Collaborate with other engineers and teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of fault management systems with other network elements.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for fault management systems, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Respond to emergency situations and provide timely resolution of critical system issues.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve fault management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fault Management For Telecommunication Networks.

  • Strong Understanding Of Nokia's Products And Solutions, Including Switches, Routers, And Network Management Systems.

  • Proficient In Using Fault Management Tools And Software, Such As Netact And Sam.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
