Conduct research and analysis on radio systems to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation.
Design and develop prototypes and solutions for wireless communication systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in radio systems technology.
Implement and test new features and technologies to improve wireless communication systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to radio systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for research findings, project plans, and experimental results.
Communicate research findings and project progress to team members and stakeholders.
Participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines.
Contribute to the development and improvement of research processes and methodologies.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance research capabilities.
Mentor and train junior team members on radio systems research techniques and methodologies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Nokia positively in the industry.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field, With An Emphasis On Wireless Communication Systems.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Optimizing Radio Systems For Cellular Networks.
Strong Knowledge Of Wireless Communication Standards (E.g. 5G, Lte) And Protocols.
Proficiency In Using Simulation And Analysis Tools (E.g. Matlab, Simulink) For Radio System Design And Performance Evaluation.
Experience Conducting Research And Developing Innovative Solutions For Improving Radio System Performance And Efficiency.
