  1. Lead the integration and validation of radio products to ensure successful delivery to clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute integration and validation strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and scripts for radio integration and validation.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during integration and validation phases.
  5. Conduct thorough testing of radio products to ensure they meet design specifications and performance standards.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve integration and validation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Document and report on integration and validation results, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in radio technology to contribute to product development and improvement.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the integration and validation process.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration and validation of radio products.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert in radio integration and validation, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks in the integration and validation process.
  15. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all integration and validation activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Radio Integration And Validation, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Radio Technologies And Standards, Including Lte, 5G, And Wi-Fi.

  • Proficiency In Using Radio Test And Measurement Equipment, Such As Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, And Power Meters.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment With Cross-Functional Teams.
