Job Description

Nokia is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Research and Development Manager. We are looking for an innovative and creative individual who can help take our research and development operations to the next level. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be able to offer strategic guidance for our research and development projects.You must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, computer engineering, or software engineering. You should also have at least 5 years of experience working in research and development, preferably in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving innovation and has a strong vision for the future of our R&D department. If you are a self-starter who loves to collaborate and create solutions to complex problems, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilites:

  1. Develop innovative strategies and solutions for research and development projects.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the R&D department.
  3. Analyze and assess the effectiveness of research and development activities.
  4. Develop and implement best practices for research and development.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of R&D projects.
  6. Monitor and evaluate research and development progress.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Keep abreast of technological trends and industry developments and recommend changes as needed.
  10. Manage the budget for research and development projects.
