Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms and solutions for our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of AI/ML solutions.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML and incorporate them into product development.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas where AI/ML can improve our products.
Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design, code, test, and debug software components for AI/ML solutions.
Ensure the quality and scalability of AI/ML solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI/ML solutions in real-world scenarios.
Document and communicate technical specifications, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other R&D engineers to develop and implement best practices for AI/ML development.
Share knowledge and expertise with team members through mentorship and training.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape in AI/ML technology.
Act as a subject matter expert on AI/ML technology and provide guidance to other teams within the company.

Job Qualifications

Strong Background In Software Engineering And Development: A R&D Engineer Sw - Ai/Ml At Nokia Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles And Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++. They Should Also Have Experience With Software Development Tools And Methodologies.
