  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for various projects, in alignment with company objectives and policies.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  3. Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure timely procurement of necessary goods and services.
  5. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.
  7. Analyze and mitigate potential risks in procurement processes.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement processes.
  12. Train and mentor junior procurement staff, as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Regulations, Including Contract Negotiation And Supplier Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Mitigate Risks In Procurement Activities.
