  1. Oversee the management of the project office and ensure its smooth operation.
  2. Develop and implement effective project management methodologies and processes.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
  4. Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  7. Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project office, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for project management.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for escalations and provide timely resolutions to project-related issues.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in project management and implement them where appropriate.
  13. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of project office staff.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure project office resources are utilized effectively.
  15. Represent the project office in meetings with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage A Team Of Project Managers And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, Such As Agile And Waterfall.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
