Job Description

The IP Optical Networking (ION) R&D Program Management team is looking for a Project Manager responsible for tasks and projects towards maximizing the business impact of the R&D community through the achievement of the Business Unit strategies and goals. Following prevalent critical issues and topics, synthesize and analyze the business data in concise monthly dashboard package which aims to sharpen focus on state of the business and accelerate decisions and actions for resolutions. Keeping track of issue status and action progress, maintain dynamic interim reports to improve overall team efficiency and effectiveness for quantifiable business results.

Job Qualifications

Ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional global R&D environment
Knowledge of optical concepts WDM/ROADM/SWDM/Optical Networks a plus
Solid Optical experience across functional areas including business management, business development, product management
