If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Nokia is seeking a highly qualified Project Management Office Manager to join our team at our Oman branch. As the PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the overall performance of our branch. If you have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of project management at the Oman branch, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
  2. Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across all projects.
  3. Lead and guide project teams to ensure goals and objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  4. Conduct regular project reviews to identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  6. Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members to ensure adherence to project plans and procedures.
  7. Monitor and report on project progress and performance to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project management team and across departments.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
  12. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  13. Mentor and coach project managers and team members to improve their skills and expertise.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations for project managers and team members and provide training and development opportunities as needed.
  15. Represent the Oman branch in project management discussions and meetings with other branches and departments within Nokia.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Focus On It Or Telecommunication Projects.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience In Implementing And Managing Project Management Processes And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.
