
Project Management Office Manager - Oman branch

- Oversee and manage all aspects of project management at the Oman branch, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across all projects.
- Lead and guide project teams to ensure goals and objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct regular project reviews to identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members to ensure adherence to project plans and procedures.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project management team and across departments.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor and coach project managers and team members to improve their skills and expertise.
- Conduct performance evaluations for project managers and team members and provide training and development opportunities as needed.
- Represent the Oman branch in project management discussions and meetings with other branches and departments within Nokia.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Focus On It Or Telecommunication Projects.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Experience In Implementing And Managing Project Management Processes And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.
