- Lead and oversee the entire Source-to-Pay (S2P) process for Nokia, ensuring that it is optimized and in line with company objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement within the S2P process and develop strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to S2P processes to ensure compliance and standardization across the organization.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of S2P processes to identify any gaps or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze S2P metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in S2P processes, and make recommendations for implementation within Nokia.
- Train and mentor team members on S2P processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P process to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall procurement operations at Nokia.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Strong Understanding Of The Source-To-Pay (S2P) Process, Including Procurement, Supplier Management, And Contract Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Suppliers.
Proven Experience In Leading Process Improvement Initiatives And Implementing Best Practices To Drive Efficiency And Cost Savings In The S2P Process.
